Krav Maga is a reality based combat system with an absolute focus on prevailing in violent times, Krav Maga is the self-defence and
fighting system of the Israeli Security Forces.
Since the late 1940's, the style has enjoyed global success and has evolved into a
form that is easily learnt by civilians.
The system has been developed and refined over years of conflict, it is an extremely effective no-nonsense system... there is nothing
flashy about this art!

The Krav Maga system consists of two aspects:
- Self Defence
- Hand to hand combat
Self defence covers a variety of aggressive acts such as punches, kicks, chokes, bear-hugs, headlocks, grabs, as well
as defences against multiple assailants and attackers armed with a firearm, edged weapon, or blunt objects.
Krav Maga students learn to apply the relevant techniques from in a range of positions
and environments, including when experiencing fatigue.
Hand to hand combat represents a more advanced phase of training and relates more to the mechanics of an actual fight.
Krav Maga’s training methods have been used in Israel’s most elite units and are designed to enable practitioners to better
deal with violent confrontations whilst under high levels of stress.
Due to the realistic nature of the training, Krav Maga has no sporting elements, training simulates reality in a safe
environment allowing students to successfully defend themselves and those around them in times of need.
